Toblerone Milk Chocolate Review: new shape change!

Today's review isn't for a new product, although it may as well be...not content with making Dairy Milk's blocks curved and altering the recipe, Mondelez have had the audacity to alter Toblerone's 150g Milk Chocolate bars. On the plus side they don't appear to have changed the actual recipe, but what they have changed is... The blocks! I was very surprised when I bought this bar in Tesco recently, I don't often buy Toblerone but on this occasion I fancied a change. I'd heard the rumours that Mondelez were reducing the size, but I never thought they'd do it in such a ridiculous way. I mean just look at the distance between those blocks! It hardly looks like the same bar any more. The base layer of chocolate is of course much thinner and the wider gaps are to give the illusion that the bar is still the same width. But did they really think no one would notice should a blatant design change?! What's worse is that it doesn't just ch...

Toblerone White Chocolate Bar Review

My recent experience trying the Crispy Coconut Toblerone made me realize something...I'm yet to review the classic, delicious white chocolate Toblerone! So here it is, the review you've all been waiting for... I found this 100g bar for around 69p in B&M bargains, it's one of the few places to stock the white chocolate variety. You can get them around Christmas time from most supermarkets but the rest of the year it's impossible to get one. It's by far one of the nicest Toblerones around, so why it's not more widely available is a mystery to me... This comprises of Swiss white chocolate in the classic triangular Toblerone blocks, with honey and almond nougat pieces mixed in. I do love the design of Toblerone bars...they always feel so much more special than any regular chocolate bar, and it's so satisfying breaking off the triangular chunks to nibble on.
