It's been ages now since Nakd brought out their Fruit & Nut Nibbles range, and one product from it that I haven't been able to find anywhere was the Mint Humbug variety. Until now! I managed to find a bag of these in a small health food store in Leeds recently. They're the same as all the other fruit and nut Nakd nibbles; raw, vegan, gluten free and cold pressed, containing a mixture of dates and cashew nuts and raisins, as well as natural mint flavouring. Unlike the Cocoa Mint bar these aren't chocolatey flavoured, and all the better for it really...they really are reminiscent of mint humbug sweets, but y'know...natural and healthy and without all the sugar! They're a great sweet and filling snack, very moreish but won't leave you hungry afterwards. Overall, these are some tasty nibbles from Nakd, it's just a shame they're not as easy to find as the other varieties. Highly recommended if you can find them. Nutrition Information (per 40...

A handful of new products from Mondelez (always Mondelez!) and Mars have appeared in shops this week...so I thought I would honor the occasion with a quick Spotted In Shops post. Enjoy! First up, these Oreo Bites that are currently available in Asda. Bite size chocolates filled with Cream and Oreo pieces, these are similar to Dairy Milk Oreo bars although aren't labelled as Dairy Milk - presumably so Mondelez can use their cheaper milk chocolate on them. Also new is this Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo Sandwich bar : It contains a layer of milk chocolate in the middle, with cream filling on each segment and an Oreo cookie piece above. It's similar to the Dairy Milk with Ritz and LU bars they did a few years back. Currently it seems to be an Asda exclusive although I'm sure will be available in other shops shortly. Nákd Foods produce snacks made from all-natural ingredients, usually consisting of dried fruits and nuts, which are cold-pressed and never baked with no added sugar or syrups. They're suitable for vegans and are gluten-free and dairy-free. They recently announced the launch of a new "Fruit & Nut Nibbles" snacking range, and luckily I happened to spot some in Asda recently. There's quite a few flavours but today I'll focus on Fruit Salad and Tooty Fruity. If you're like me then the mention of Fruit Salad takes you back to those sugary orange sweets from childhood, often found in Pick & Mix with Black Jacks. They were full of sugar and chemicals, but highly addictive. They had a unique flavour, and to be honest I've never had anything else fruit salad flavoured...until now!
